authorizes the Department to initiate an action in equity for an injunction to restrain violations of the

automatic scheduling procedure whenever a substance is added as a controlled substance under federal
law. PASSED 30-20.
HB 1094 (MUNROE) Amends the Public School Code to allow for the advance enrollment of children from
military families. PASSED 50-0.
HB 1170 (SAPPEY) Amends the Milk Marking Law to rename the Milk Marketing Board to the Pennsylvania
