SB 506 (BAKER) Amends Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) to require counsel be appointed to represent an unrepresented alleged incapacitated person and the certification of professional guardians. Also directs the court to consider less restrictive alternatives to guardianships. PASSED 49-0.

SB 630 (LANGERHOLC) Designates the Corpsman Charles Doerr, United States Navy, Memorial Bridge in Cambria County. PASSED 49-0.

A01423 (MARTIN) Allows a school entity to exempt a student from the requirement when a FAFSA or optout form has not been submitted and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the parent or legal guardian of the student. Clarifies that parents, legal guardians, and students are not required to provide personal financial information to a school entity and any such information obtained inadvertently by the school entity is not subject to Right-to-Know. AGREED TO.

SB 838 (BAKER) Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) providing for conditions of probation, modification or revocation of order of probation, and probation review conferences. AMENDED AND RE-REFERRED TO APPROPRIATIONS.

A01393 (BAKER) Clarifies the eligibility for probation review conferences when probation was sentenced consecutively to a state prison sentence. AGREED TO.
