Exempts First Time Homebuyers from the state portion of the realty transfer tax.

4. HB 96

Pielli

Allows an owner to assign a designated individual to receive notifications regarding delinquent taxes on the owner’s property, and requires DCED to create a form to allow for such designation.

5. HB 734

Madsen

Requires landlords to provide safe and habitable housing, and provides for a relocation of a tenant from a condemned unit.
