- Senate Bill 734, P.N. 799 (Rothman)- Freestanding Act that establishes a location for and accepts ownership of a Semiquincentennial Celebration Bell monument.
- Senate Bill 829, P.N. 906 (Dush)- A Freestanding Act which makes the official Pennsylvania State Fossil the Hynerpeton Bassetti. Repeals The act of December 5, 1988 (P.L.1113, No.138), which designated Phacops rana as the state fossil.
- Senate Bill 848, P.N. 940 (Comitta)- Amends the Administrative Code to add the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commissioner and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency to the State Planning Board.
