Informational briefing to receive testimony regarding the ongoing impacts to pharmacies across Pennsylvania following the passage of Act 77 of 2024. The bipartisan briefing will be hosted by Sen. Judy Ward (R-30) and Sen. Lisa Boscola (D-18), co-chairs of the Senate Community Pharmacy Caucus. They will be joined by other members of the Senate.
Testimony will be heard from three panels, including representatives from:
- Local pharmacies;
- Pharmacy associations;
- Pennsylvania Department of Human Services; and
- Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
