- SB 406 (Tartaglione) – Establishes the Meat Packing and Food Processing Protection Act requiring employers to provide safety training and creation of workplace health and safety committees at each facility, which will evaluate workplace hazards and work with the employer to improve working conditions.
- SB 906 (Robinson) – Establishes the Family Care Act creating a framework for a statewide paid family and medical leave program.
- SB 1215 (Robinson) – Amends the Workers Compensation Act to change how compound and topical drugs are reimbursed.
