  • Senate Bill 911, P.N. 1038 (Picozzi)Amends Title 44 (Law and Justice), to establish the Violent Incident Clearance and Technological Investigative Methods Program to provide grants, administrated by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, to law enforcement to assist in solving homicide and violent crime cases.
    • Amendment No. 1989 (Baker)—Makes technical changes and clarifies contents of reporting requirements.
  • Senate Bill 1050, P.N. 1224 (Pennycuick)—Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) to require mandated reporters report suspected child sexual abuse material, including AI generated material, regardless of whether the material was created, displayed or exhibited by a minor or an adult.
  • House Bill 1176, P.N. 2382 (Ciresi)—Amends Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) to increase the limits for distributions related to unclaimed property and deposit accounts held by the State Treasurer when the decedent passes without a will.
  • House Bill 1425, P.N. 1950 (McNeill)—Amends the Tax Reform Code of 1971, to establish the Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDs) Directory; enforcing regulations, requiring certification and preventing illegal sales.
    • Amendment No. #### (Baker)—Clarifies responsibilities of Department of Revenue and Office of Attorney General; removes surety bond requirements; and makes technical changes.
