Agenda

Senate Bill 67 (Laughlin): A bill amending Title 34 that allows the Game Commission to set
dates for Sunday hunting.

         Amendment– Senator Rothman will be offering amendment A03545 to this bill. This
         amendment will add language found in SB 1087, strengthening trespassing penalties for
         those caught while engaging in activities related to hunting on private grounds.

Senate Bill 1087 (Rothman): A bill amending Title 34 that would strengthen trespassing
penalties for those caught while engaging in activities related to hunting on private grounds.

         Amendment 1– Senator Dush will be offering amendment A03958 to this bill. This
         amendment reinstates the current exemption allowing retrieval of hunting dogs from
         private property.

         Amendment 2– Senator Rothman will be offering amendment A03664 to this bill. This
         amendment will be adding language found in SB 1086 (relating to carcass removal), SB
         1088 (relating to Agriculture Access List), and SB 1089 (Relating to 10th seats on the
         Game Commission Board) to this bill.

House Bill 1409 (Kulik): A bill amending Title 30 that would extend the PFBC’s ability to set
their own license fees and extend the sunset from 2025, through 2035.
