SB 84 (PHILLIPS-HILL) Amends the Public School Code to repeal the prohibition on public school teachers from wearing any garb, mark, emblem, or insignia that indicates he or she is a member of, or adherent to, any religious order or sect while performing duties as a teacher. PASSED 49-0.

SB 114 (BROOKS) Amends the Public School Code to establish the Secondary Education Fire Training Pilot Program to provide high school students with fire training instruction through a partnership between school entities or nonpublic schools and institutions of higher education. PASSED 49-0.
