HB 274 – (Dawkins) Amends the Unemployment Compensation Law to allow victims of domestic violence to remain eligible for unemployment compensation benefits, makes changes to the requirements for individuals to purge disqualifying separations, clarifies when a claimant is ineligible for refusing suitable work, and moves the date for the solvency trigger determination to 2027.
HB 1615 – (Kauffman) Amends Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 75 (Vehicles) to create a new offense of driving under the influence following diversion and to make technical changes.
