SB 848 – (Comitta) – Amends the Administrative Code to make changes to the composition of the State Planning Board.
SB 862 – (Kim) – Amends Title 8 (Boroughs and Incorporated Towns) to provide for filling vacancies in elected borough offices by the court of common pleas when a borough’s vacancy board is unable to act or when a majority of borough council positions are vacant.
SB 867 – (Tartaglione) – Amends the Pennsylvania Construction Code to establish a process for review and adoption of future accessibility codes.
SB 871 – (Dush) – Amends the Second Class Township Code by authorizing second class townships to accept irrevocable letters of credit as a form of contract security.
SB 971 – (Kearney) – Amends the Second Class Township Code to change the deadline for the audit and annual township report from the first day of April to the last day of June of each year.
SB 972 – (Kearney) – Amends the Second Class Township Code to authorize municipal memorials honoring first responders.
SB 975 – (Hutchinson) – Amends Title 8 (Boroughs and Incorporated Towns) and Title 11 (Cities) by changing the date of completion, filing, and publication of the audit and annual financial report from 90 days after the close of the fiscal year to the last day of June.
SB 993 – (Keefer) – Amends Title 8 (Boroughs and Incorporated Towns), Title 11 (Cities), and Title 16 (Counties) to allow for municipal memorials honoring first responders.
SB 1036 – (Keefer) – Incorporates Act 96 of 2020, the reenactment and amendment of the First Class Township Code, as Part II of Title 73 (Townships).
SB 1078 – (Mastriano) – Amends Title 35 (Health and Safety) to extend the 911 surcharge.
HB 1651 – (Freeman) – Amends the Second Class Township Code to provide for the filling of vacancies in elected township offices by the court of common pleas under certain circumstances
