SB 755 (Hutchinson) Amends the Act Abolishing Numerous State Authorities, Boards, Commissions, Committees, Councils and Representatives and Making Related Repeals to abolish
certain boards and commissions and to amend the membership of the Human Relations Commission.

SB 779 (Picozzi) Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) by codifying the Towing and Towing Storage Facility Standards Act.

HB 304 (Cerrato) Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to provide the same benefits and privileges of United States military veterans to certain Korean American citizens.

HB 354 (Soloman) Establishes the “What is Your Pennsylvania Story” Act.

HB 799 (Deasy) Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to provide for workplace posting of resources for veterans.

HB 865 (Venkat) Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to allow continued eligibility for the Educational Assistance Program and the Military Family Education Program.

HB 992 (Delloso) Amends Title 30 (Fish) to change the composition of the Boating Advisory Board.

HB 1058 (Shusterman) Amends the State Lottery Law to revise the profit margin requirement for lottery ticket sales.

HB 1405 (Munroe) Amends the Public School Code to allow veterans’ service experience to count toward the credits necessary for Career and Technical Education (CTE) certification.
