SB 64 (Bartolotta) Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to establish veteran-owned small business logotypes and impose a penalty.
SB 101 (Bartolotta) Amends the Workforce Development Act to require the Department of Labor and Industry to disseminate information to local workforce development agencies. SB 375 (Brown) Amends the Public School Code relating to the training and use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) by school entities and nonpublic schools.
SB 398 (Brooks) Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to provide for online raffles by fire companies. SB 416 (Robinson) Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to provide for credit card and mobile payments.
SB 432 (Pennycuick) Amends the Public School Code to provide for educational opportunities for nonresident foster and adopted children. SB 583 (Pennycuick) Establishes the Social Work Licensure Compact Act.
SB 604 (Boscola) Establishes the Counseling Compact Act.
SB 733 (Hughes) Amends the Public School Code to provide for financial aid exit counseling to students.
SB 766 (Brown) Amends the Human Services Code to permit children entering kindergarten to attend summer camp and other short-term programs.
SB 780 (Picozzi)Amends Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) to address unauthorized encampments and to provide rights of actions for neighbors and concerned residents to seek relief from their municipality.
SB 838 (Culver) Amends the Private Licensed Schools Act to exclude schools or providers approved by the State Real Estate Commission or the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers from the definition of a “private licensed school.”
SB 842 (Brown) Amends the Dental Law, further providing for general powers of the State Board of Dentistry and for restricted faculty licenses.
HB 257 (Neilson) Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to require PennDOT to include at least one question relating to safe driving in work zones on the driver’s license examination.
