SB 45 (Dush) Amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) by transferring certain prostitution-related offenses to Chapter 30 (Human Trafficking) and updates the statutory citation for prostitution in several other titles.
SB 1277 (Stefano) Amends the Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance Act to enable local taxing authorities to exempt the construction or improvement of deteriorated property from a portion of real property taxation for the creation of residential housing and revitalization of deteriorated properties.
SB 1279 (Phillips-Hill) Establishes the Reduce the Red Tape for Housing Act to provide for a Housing Compliance Officer in the Office of Transformation and Opportunity and to set response timelines on housing related applications and permits.
SB 1281 (Rothman) Amends the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code to allow for expedited high density housing approval through the adoption of pre-approved housing plans. SB 1313 (Rothman) Establishes resident hunting license prices for the Native Pennsylvanian Annual License.
