The Senate Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness Committee hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 18, to gather testimony on the “True Costs of E-911” in Pennsylvania, according to Senator Randy Vulakovich, Committee Chairman.
The panel will hear from state, county and local officials during the hearing set for 9 a.m. in Hearing Room 1 of the North Office Building in the State Capitol Complex, Harrisburg.
“The focus of this hearing is to study the costs associated with E-911 service,” said Senator Vulakovich. “Once the Committee understands how much is needed and how that money is used, we can better determine ways to come up with the necessary funding.”
