repeals certain sections of 52 Pa. Code Ch. 53, Ch. 63, and Ch. 64 and
further provides for additional powers and duties to the commission.
o Amendment No. 04170 (Phillips Hill) – Making certain changes to
Network Modernization plans.
• Senate Resolution 223, P.N. 1370 (Baker) – Resolution urging the
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to issue a rule to require
automakers to maintain free AM broadcast radio in new vehicles.
o Amendment No. 04110 (Pennycuick) – Technical error correction.
