Senate Bill 1112 (M. White)
would create the Board of
Directors of the Rouse Estate
Act. The measure would establish
the Board of Directors of the
Rouse Estate consisting of the
Warren County Commissioners and
two members of the community of
Warren County. The board would be
considered a continuation of the
Commissioners of the Rouse Estate
originally established under Act
410 of 1862. The board would
adopt bylaws for its governance
consistent with the act.
