Senate Committee to Consider Bills,
Nomination of DCNR Secretary DiBerardinis
HARRISBURG
--The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy
Committee will meet on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at 9 AM to consider
legislation and conduct a public hearing. The meeting will be held in
room 8 E-A of the Main Capitol Building, Harrisburg.
The Committee, chaired by Senator Mary Jo White
(R-Venango), will consider legislation affecting the Wild Resource
Conservation Fund, submittal and publication of clean air State
implementation plans and the Pennsylvania Center for Environmental
Education.
The Committee will also consider the re-appointment
of Michael DiBerardinis as Secretary of Conservation and Natural
Resources.
