  • SB 1171 (Tomlinson) – Creates the Immunization Practices Act and requires the Department of Health to conduct certain activities to promote and enhance influenza vaccinations for children 6 months to 18 years.
  • SR 348 (Ward) - Directs the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a performance audit of the Department of Public Welfare's methadone treatment and medical assistance transportation programs.
    • Amendment A07501 – extends the timeframe of the required report to the Senate from 90 to 150 days.
  • SR 229 (Farnese) – Memorializes the President and Congress to continue funding for mammograms for women beginning at the age of 40.
    • Amendment A07902 – Deletes references to the President and Congress and instead urges the United States Preventive Services Task Force to re-examine their mammogram recommendations for women beginning at the age of 40.
