2. Senate Bill 387, Printer's Number 435 (Corman) - SB 387 would require the Department of Health to provide a certificate of stillbirth for any fetal death previously filed with the Department upon the request of the mother or father.

Amendment A04076 – Amendment A04076 provides that the certificate would be entitled "Certificate of Birth Resulting in Stillbirth." In addition, the amendment would require that the certificate include the statement "This certificate is not proof of live birth."

3. Senate Resolution 194, Printer's Number 1463 (Greenleaf) - Senate Resolution 194 would direct the Joint State Government Commission to establish a legislative task force with an advisory committee of experts to review, update and codify Pennsylvania's public health law.

4. Informational Briefing on House Bill 614 (DiGirolamo) - House Bill 614 would amend the Administrative Code of 1929 to establish a Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs.
