Senate Bill 263 (Baker):
Amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to eliminate the requirement for disabled voters with permanent absentee voter status to submit a written statement every four years asserting that they remain disabled and continue to qualify for permanent absentee voter status. – Summary

House Bill 1009 (Walsh, J.):
Authorizes the release of Project 70 restrictions on land located in West Newton Borough, Westmoreland County. – Summary

Authorizes the release of Project 70 restrictions on land located in Upper Uwchlan Township, Chester County.

House Bill 1175 (Cutler):
Amends the lobbying disclosure provisions of Title 65 to increase penalties that may be imposed on lobbyists or principals for violations of the law. – Summary

Amendment A04690
Clarifies the information lobbyists and principals are required to provide upon registration; also clarifies proper addressing for notice of alleged noncompliance.
